Hello fellow artists and I welcome you to my first ever journal entry on this site.

My name is Jaren and I will be 20 years old on the 17th of this month. The world of art came rather early into my life, in elementary school to be exact. In my art classes in third grade, I discovered that I could draw. My art teacher at the time told my family and me that I was talented and it all took off from there. I won many awards for my artwork throughout the years, including lessons at my local art museum when I was about nine years of age. My friends would and still do ask if I can draw them something for a project or just to hang in their room. I often said okay since I'm little too nice sometimes. Exploring the many mediums in art, just for fun has been quite enjoyable and I plan to continue doing so all throughout my life. I apologize for the quality of the artwork I submit on this site, I do not own a scanner so I just take photographs of my drawings. Which some of my work look decent, where others are much harder to see.
